American Capital Energy & Infrastructure Appoints Abhay Pande as Managing Director
ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Aug. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Energy & Infrastructure announced today that is has appointed Abhay Pande as a Managing Director responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing energy and infrastructure investments in Asia. Mr. Pande has 15 years of investment banking and consulting experience advising various companies in the energy sector on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, LBO financings and equity and debt offerings.

Prior to joining American Capital Energy & Infrastructure, Mr. Pande served in various investment banking roles in Citigroup's investment banking division, including Co-Head of the Asian Energy Group and Head of South East Asia Industrials. While at Citigroup, he was responsible for advising constituents in the energy sector on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Pande was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, a management consulting firm, where he advised multiple boards of directors and executive management teams on mergers and acquisitions and divestitures within the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
