APCSCRM 2018 to be held in July in Beijing

BEIJING, April 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- In recent years, silicon carbide and other wide bandgap semiconductors have become the strategic commanding point of competition in global high-tech field and a hotspot in worldwide semiconductor and materials industry. The wide bandgap semiconductor materials have already formed a huge industry in the field of semiconductor lighting, and it will develop in depth in the field of electronic power device.
