Instead of being stacked one on top of the other, the balconies are staggered and double-heighted, crafting an open-to-sky experience that also allows for cross-ventilation through the living and dining rooms. The design of the façade relies on carefully detailed concrete profiles, rather than the use of applied finishes. The white & grey colour palette and the use of textured paint delineate the modern form of the building.
