Barco Exhibits Expertise in Smart Cities During Flanders Meets Maharashtra Summit

Global technology leader Barco has presented its expertise in smart cities technologies during the 'Flanders meets Maharashtra' summit in Mumbai, held on 26th April, 2016. The summit was organized by Flanders Investment and Trade, in association with the Consulate General of Belgium and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Minister-President of the Government of Flanders, Geert Bourgeois presided the meeting, accompanied by a business delegation of more than 100 businesses. 

During the event, Barco presented one of its 'Metro city surveillance project', which includes an impressive series of Barco solutions. The project is aimed at improving the safety of one of India's largest metropolises. As such, it is a perfect example of 'Cleantech & Smart cities cooperation between Mumbai and Flanders' - the tagline of the meeting.
