The Canadian International School (CIS) celebrated its 22 years with a festive atmosphere throughout the school. CIS dedicated the day to celebrating this milestone by hosting several events for the students and faculty.

As the first truly international school in Bangalore, CIS has been celebrating several milestones over the past 22 years. Amongst those achievements are, being the first school in Bangalore to offer the IB Diploma, becoming the first fully iPad integrated school in South India, as well as being India's 1st fully solar powered school. Another achievement CIS recently obtained was being recognized as India's 1st Apple Distinguished School in November 2017.
With a lot to speak about as a school, CIS continues to aspire to be one of the best schools in the world. To celebrate its 22 years today, CIS hosted a 22 years-themed day with a centerpiece photo booth that was open to students, faculty, as well as the CIS community. Students and teachers got together to celebrate the occasion. Fun activities like hand painting and wishing CIS a 'Happy Birthday' continued throughout the day. Small giveaways were also distributed around the school.
