The funds raised will be utilized to support the Company's long-term working capital requirements.

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured proposed investments from esteemed investors, including Param Value Investments, Mr. Vikas Khemani, and Capri Global Holding Private Limited. 1. Param Value Investments - INR 50.15 crores
2. Mr. Vikas Khemani - INR 24.99 crores
3. Capri Global Holding Private Limited - INR 5.1 crores
