It is hereby clarified that Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has no direct or indirect linkage with Capacite Structures Limited and or any other entity/individual sought to be probed. Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited and Capacite Structures Limited are different independent legal entities under different management.
