Colliers International's NCR Office Services Team Transacts Close to 40,000 sq ft for Webhelp India

Takes up Space in SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Webhelp India Private Limited successfully concluded a lease transaction measuring 40,000 sq ft in SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. As part of its real estate strategy, Webhelp India consolidated two of its existing offices in one location and appointed Colliers International India as their real estate partner and advisor for this transaction. The Gurugram office will now be the India Headquarters for Webhelp going forward.

The project SP Info City is a large Grade A IT/ITeS office campus admeasuring 700,000 sq ft approx. in Udyog Vihar Gurugram that offers efficient floor plates, retail amenities, ample car parking facilities and branding opportunities to name a few.

We expect demand to remain strong in the coming quarters backed by Technology and BFSI firms. Tenants' demand is likely to remain tilted towards grade A buildings.
