COMPUDON Delhi Student Wins Silver at Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship 2015 in USA

COMPUDON student shines once again at the world stage. COMPUDON Season V India Champion Rohan Sethi bagged Silver for India at the 2015 Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship on August 12, 2015 in Dallas, Texas (USA). Over 400,000 students from 143 countries participated in this worldwide competition. Last year, COMPUDON Season IV India Champions Arjit Kansal and Shashank Batra won Gold and Silver in PowerPoint 2010 and Excel 2007 categories respectively. COMPUDON is an IT skills initiative of CyberLearning.

Rohan, from Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Delhi won the Silver Medal for India in Microsoft Excel 2010 category and was awarded with a $2,500 scholarship among other awards, at a glittering award ceremony at Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas, Texas (USA).

The award was announced by Certiport, a Pearson VUE business, the leading test delivery solution provider for the global workforce and academic markets, during an award ceremony in Dallas, Texas (USA) culminating the most popular technology skills competition on Microsoft Office since its inception in 2002.

Rohan participated in COMPUDON Season V and was selected as India Champion in Microsoft Office Specialist India Championship powered by COMPUDON. As India Champion, he, along with another COMPUDON Season V India Champion - Vibhor Vij, represented India at the prestigious World Championship and the trip to Dallas, Texas (USA) was fully sponsored by India CyberLearning Pvt.
