BANGALORE, December 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Exhibition in Hotel Lalit Ashok on 7th and 8th December and Hotel Park Plaza, Marathahalli on 14th and 15th December, 2013
The growth of Bangalore city has been in concentric circles, with each circle becoming increasingly self-contained. The demand for housing continues to increase, with a larger number of people looking for homes closer to their work place and other amenities. With this trend at the heart of its exhibitions, the Bangalore Chapter of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) will host two realty exhibitions on two consecutive weekends this December.

The exhibitions will be held at two venues - Hotel Lalit Ashok, Kumara Krupa High Grounds on the 7th and 8th of December, 2013; the second exhibition will be held at Hotel Park Plaza, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli on the 14th and 15th December, 2013.
The expo will host 43 developers along with reputed bankers/housing finance institutions this year and expects more than 5000 visitors at each venue.
First Expo at Hotel Lalit Ashok will be inaugurated by Shri M. Lakshminarayana, IAS Commissioner of BBMP. The event will be graced by the Founder President of CREDAI Mr. K. K. Malpani and other senior developers.
These venues have been chosen specifically to help facilitate easy access to a large number of properties at one place, for the people in the area. Without venturing too far from home, prospective home buyers will be able to view multiple projects at a glance. Top names in the real estate industry in various segments will be part of this exhibition at both venues and on both sets of dates. Above all, CREDAI's developers stand for their reputations. The best part of these realty expos is that CREDAI is assisting visitors at venues, providing detailed list of zone-wise projects of participating developers.
Mr. C N Govindaraju, President, CREDAI Bengaluru said, "We understand that people would rather attend exhibitions in their vicinity than travel across town for a view of properties in their location. These exhibitions are targeted at consumers in the select regions. With the participation of banking and finance institutions in the exhibitions, potential home buyers will get the opportunity to immediately understand how the finances for a particular project will work. With offers on interest rates and processing fees, the prospect of buying a home gets better with these exhibitions."
