Cremica Food Park Steps in to Save the day for the Farmers

Cremica Food Industries has developed Cremica Food Park under the Mega Food Park Scheme under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries with an investment of 120 crores across 50 acres of land in Una (Himachal Pradesh) to facilitate the processing of fruits and vegetables.
Anticipating bumper crop of tomatoes in June 2018, Cremica Agri team has been working closely with local farmers, helping in farming and processing of various fruits and vegetables in the state of Punjab.
Considering the higher production of tomatoes and to save the farmers from distress sale of the produce, Cremica worked tirelessly with suppliers over last 60 days and in record time we have successfully conducted live trials ahead of the schedule to help the farmers. 5000 plus tonnes of tomatoes have been purchased from the farmers and processed at state-of-the-art India's largest tomato processing line in Cremica's Food Park at Una. The food processing is expected to be formally starting the operations in the next three months.
Once fully operational, Cremica Food Park will be in a position to process 50000 tonnes of tomatoes and 15000 tonnes of other fruits and vegetables, giving a major boost to the local economy and contribute significantly to the company's topline.
