On July 28, 2016, Devita Saraf, the Founder, CEO and Design Head of Vu TV visited the magnificent edifice of Rashtrapati Bhavan - the official residence of the President of India for the book launch 'India's Most Powerful Women' by Prem Ahluwalia.

Our honorable President, Pranab Mukherjee recognized and appreciated Devita Saraf's work and her role in Prem Ahluwalia's book, highlighted segment - 'Captain Of The Industry'.

Speaking on the occasion, the President congratulated Devita Saraf and several other powerful women who were featured in the book for their contribution towards the society. Being the youngest among all, her presence was felt in every corner of Rashtrapati Bhavan influencing other honorable guests present for the big occasion.

It was a grand event where the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee received a coffee table book 'India's Most Powerful Women' by author Prem Ahluwalia. While welcoming the President and the guests, the author Prem Ahluwalia spoke of what inspired her to write this book and dedicated it to all the daughters of India. She stated, "Women in India are emerging from the shadows to claim an equal stake in society, redefining the scope of power. More women are now in the forefront. They now rule the corporate world and are at the helm of public life."

When it comes to equality Ms. Saraf is committed to voice for change, and on being asked for her message to the Indian women she said, "I'd like to be a role model to young Indian women. I want to be able to prove that you can educate your daughters and make them your business successors. It will make them independent and will be good for the country. That sense of feminine power is inspirational to me because it is beauty mixed with power. That's what women should aspire to attain."

Ending the session with a smile, she aims higher and aspires her perception towards becoming the future PM of India.
