Under its EPC Service, DTZ will offer professional turnkey contracting at a fixed price model and single window management for corporate occupiers, doing away with the hassle of multi-vendor arrangements. DTZ has successfully soft launched the service and delivered multiple projects over past six months. With EPC offering, DTZ aims to deliver interior fit out projects up to 50,000 sq. ft. in a short span of 45-90 days.
