Sagemcom was indeed chosen by ErDF to provide nearly 1 million Linky products, which will have to be deployed by 2017. Sagemcom is the only actor to be present on the entire G3 smart meters chain, a technology with a strong export potential. Sagemcom is also established in other key markets in Europe, such as Spain, Poland and Germany. That makes Sagemcom the European leader of the smart meter industry.
In April 2014, Sagemcom was also selected by GrDF for the supply of more than 5 million Gazpar meters, radio modules and concentrators. Sagemcom will become one of the main suppliers of equipment for end-to-end gas metering solutions in France.
