The Facebook Recruiting Trend report Q2 2013 on Facebook recruiting practices in India indicates that more people find jobs via Facebook than any other social networking platforms. Furthermore, 6 out of every 10 white collar professionals currently use only Facebook to find employment. Global recruiting trends also indicate that companies are investing more on internal hiring to curb attrition and preserve talent.
