An initiative by Molecule Communications, the USP of Fempowerment Women Achievers Awards is their transparency, and these are the only women awards where the nomination process is open and anyone can nominate any woman. The winners have been arrived at after a strict, unbiased process through a Screening Jury and later the Final Jury that comprised only the most renowned and respected names from society and the media fraternity.
