FieldEZ Launches New Expense Management Module for Field Employees

New Expense Management Solution greatly simplifies submission, verification and approval process for Field Service and Field Sales teams  

FieldEZ Technologies today announced the launch of new product features and enhancements, targeting greater collaboration among the field service staff, and simplifying the core field scheduling, dispatch and workforce management processes.

Amongst the new features launched, the Expense Management module  allows field technicians to link the daily expenses against the tickets or jobs performed in the field using their mobile devices. The Expense management function can be heavily customized to reflect the demands of each user organization, as well as create rules, profiles and permissions for expense control, budgets and approval. The module functions as a plug-and-play on top of existing installations, or works as a stand-alone field-centric expense solution with capabilities for job management, attendance tracking and work order management.

These features, along with existing functionalities like geo-location capture, bill capture, limit setting based on expense type, and distance auto-calculation, greatly simplify the expense capture and approval process, thereby saving considerable time for the field staff as well as the reporting manager, Finance and HR departments.
