For the Half Year ended September 30, 2016 (H1FY17): 

- Total Income stood at Rs. 612.93 crore, up by 10.72% y-o-y

- EBIDTA of Rs. 27.23 crore, y-o-y growth of 96.32%

- PAT of Rs. 14.44 crore, up by 77.83% y-o-y

Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited (FDS), a leading provider of IT solutions and services, declared its financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2016.

The company reported Net Profit of Rs. 14.44 crore for the half year ended September 30, 2016, up by 77.83%, as compared to Rs. 8.12 crore in the corresponding half of last fiscal.

Total Income for H1FY17 stood at Rs. 612.93 crore, up by 10.72%, as compared to Rs. 553.61 crore during H1FY16. FDS's Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) in H1FY17 stood at Rs. 27.23 crore, as compared to Rs. 13.87 crore during H1FY16. The company's EBITDA margin improved from 2.51% in H1FY16 to 4.44% in H1FY17.

The Board of Directors has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1.
