This year's CII Symposium, titled 'Innovative People Strategies for Competitiveness', organized by CII Avantha Centre for Competitiveness for SMEs, concluded on 29th September. The symposium was presided over by Shri Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India), as Chief Guest.

At the day-long conference various important topics were deliberated, among them were relevant subjects like Strategic Workforce, Choice for Enterprise Excellence, Innovative Work Place for Maximising Performance, Talent Development Strategies for Competitiveness and Incubating Leaders for Tomorrow.
