Genetic Testing can Support Diagnosis and Management of Neurological Diseases, Reducing Overall Cost to the Patient – Experts Discuss

MedGenome organized a round table meeting with doctors in the neurology department at St. John's Medical Hospital in Bangalore. The panel of neurologists discussed about genomics being an enabler in their clinical practice and on common diseases such as DMD, Leigh Syndrome, Juvenile Parkinson's disease and epilepsy. The need for increasing the awareness level of the patients on the benefits of genomics was also highlighted.
