GUANGZHOU, China, Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 3, 2013, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Nanyang Tumour Hospital and acquired a 50 percent stake in the hospital.
