HCL Technologies Receives Best Governed Company Award by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability

The Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, a 'Not for Profit' independent institution, conferred the Best Governed Company Award on HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company, today at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit 2014 in Mumbai. Anant Gupta, CEO, HCL Technologies Ltd. received the award presented by the chief guest and key note speaker at the Summit Mr. Mervyn King, Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the World Bank on Corporate Governance.
