Chetan Pal along with his brother Ajay, launched AG Taste in 2016, as a tribute to their food-loving parents. By creating preservative-free, healthy nutrition bars it is aimed at making people healthy.
"The name of the company - AG Taste, stands for Ajinder- our mother and Gurbir- our father. The name of the bars is All Good taste, which we believe reflects that there is no preservative and no additives in our products - plus the fact that these are the best tasting bars. Our mother Ajinder was diagnosed with late-stage cervical cancer in 2014. She passed away in September 2014. Our father, Gurbir had Muscular Dystrophy, that results in weakening of muscles over a period of time and then he took a turn for the worse, and also left us a few months later in January 2015," said Chetan Pal, Founder of AG Taste.
The production of energy bars started in mid 2016. AG Taste launched 3 flavors - Le Chocolat, Berrylicious and Nutcase.

2. Berrylicious: Berrylicious is a zesty mixture of golden raisins, red cranberries, black currants, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and white chocolate, bound in honey and oats, for a snack that satisfies from the first bite till the very last.
3. Nutcase: A crunchy, nutty blend of Amaranth, heart-healthy almonds, with apricots, golden raisins, dates, flax seeds and oats, all mixed with the natural goodness of honey with a dash of organic coconut oil.

Founded by Chetan Pal Singh, who did his Hotel Mgmt graduation from IHM- Aurangabad, which is owned by the Taj group of Hotels and affiliated with the University of Huddersfield, UK. Afterwards, he worked in Michelin star restaurants in America and has also worked in renowned hotel chains such as Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons.
