IAS Preparation Goes Online as Civil Services Exam Toppers Choose Technology to Study

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently declared the results for Civil Services Examination, 2017 (CSE-2017). The 990 toppers are well spread out across the country. For example, just the top 10 rankers belong to 8 different states.
