In keeping with the core motive to facilitate and open employment doors for the trained and certified candidates in the fitness domain, Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) and Talwalkars entered into a MoU for the placement of B&WSSC-certified candidates across all the Talwalkars fitness centres and the academies. The MoU was signed by Mr. Vinayak Gawande, Director, Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd. and Ms. Annu Wadhwa, CEO, Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council.

Speaking about the MoU, Mr. Vinayak Gawande said, "We are delighted to partner with Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council as the On Job Training Partner for Fitness Training Academies across India. B&WSSC is launching job roles in fitness; these candidates, once trained, will get a placement opportunity at Talwalkars gyms across India and Sri Lanka. Talwalkars has also agreed through this MoU, to offer its gym floors for Summer Workshops, On-the-Job Training (OJT) and internships to B&WSSC candidates.
