Insignia, a signature experience designed by INOX Leisure has now taken another leap in making viewer's movie experience more luxurious at INOX Laserplex, Nariman Point, Mumbai. The 7-star multiplex has collaborated with celebrity chef, Vicky Ratnani who launched the menu especially curated by him, made out of local products reimagining global flavours. Innovative and enterprising, INOX Laserplex is the first multiplex of its kind that released a creative food Television Commercial on National Television that also features Chef Vicky. Adding on to the experience, the luxury multiplex is also focusing on the dimensions of convenience such as self-ordering food kiosk in the lobby, first ever in-app food ordering from the seat and butler on call where one can order food without standing in long queues.

Delicious bites and meals right from the market - fresh bowl of quinoa tossed with exotic vegetables, to light bite flavored makhanas (fox nuts), to habanero tabasco popcorn, la rondella di pastas prepared with authentic rustic recipes of Vicky Ratnani, healthy burrito wraps and more are all on the menu that will accentuate viewers' taste buds while watching a movie in a luxurious ambience. One can unwind themselves on the lounge with their family and friends and get pampered with the services provided by 'butler on call' while they enjoy the movie.

- Self-ordering Food Kiosk: Committed to putting customers at the heart of everything INOX does, for the first time in the multiplex industry, a digital self-ordering Food Kiosk has been rolled out. Positioned strategically in the lobby, customers will be able to order and pay through these touch screens and get their orders delivered to their seats. It gives guests the convenience and personalization through the use of these kiosks to place their order. Guests can place their order and skip the front counter entirely, with their food brought right to their seats. INOX is looking at adding 20 more kiosks across its properties in the next few weeks.

- Butler on call: A single tap of a button helps guests to get personalised service. Whether its refreshments or a blanket, they just need to sit back and relax, while it is served at their seats.

- In-app Food Ordering: Guests can now order food from their seats by using the INOX Mobile App, while watching a movie and paying through the Saved Card feature.
