International Medical Group Appoints New CEO

INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- International Medical Group^®, Inc. (IMG^®), a leader in global benefits and assistance services, today announced that it has appointed Todd A. Hancock as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Brian Barwick, IMG's former CEO, will continue to serve as executive chairman of the company.

With a degree in international relations from Indiana University and more than 20 years of experience in the international insurance and global health care sectors in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia, Hancock brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role as president and CEO.

He has spent his career managing the operational integrity and growth of cross-border insurance and health care organizations on several continents, with emphasis on designing global health benefits plans, developing multicultural employee talent, and optimizing the performance of organizations.

Prior to becoming president and CEO of IMG, Hancock served as the company's executive vice president and chief operating officer. During his tenure, he has been charged with managing the organization's global insurance operations and has held P&L responsibility for IMG's subsidiaries. Hancock also led the implementation of substantive operational improvement strategies, driving significant value to the company.

A former professional cyclist, Hancock manages the Delta Chi Cycling team at his alma mater. Hancock is also founder and president of four2one Coaching, providing coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations, optimizing potential and enhancing performance.

Hancock succeeds Barwick, who has served as CEO of IMG for the past four years.
