Khadim India Limited Announces Leadership Changes

Khadim India Limited (KIL) is pleased to announce that it's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Ishani Ray as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Indrajit Chaudhuri as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from 1 April, 2018, to steer its growth and fulfil company's vision.

Ms. Ray has been employed with Khadim India as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2006. As the CFO, she has brought instrumental changes within the organization, strategically improvised the financial priorities of the company, enhanced the organisation's overall efficiency, and successfully completed its Initial Public Offering in November 2017. From here on, she will be heading the company as its CEO.

Ms. Ishani Ray, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has been with the company since 2006. Prior to joining Khadim, she worked with Saregama India Limited for a span nearing almost six years. 

As Ms. Ishani Ray assumes charge as the CEO, Mr. Indrajit Chaudhuri, GM of Finance and Strategy, is being appointed as the company's CFO with effect from 1 April, 2018. Indrajit joined Khadim in 2001 and has grown in ranks within the organization. He has been instrumental in streamlining commercial functions, taking care of direct and indirect taxes, implementation of ERP. He has played an active role with regards to the financial controls and management, the private equity investment in 2013 and the IPO in 2017. Indrajit will also be heading the legal and secretarial functions within the organization.
