Knoah's Pune center builds on the success of the company's existing center in Hyderabad, India that has been serving Knoah clients since its opening in 2001. The new facility will provide BPO services for new and existing clients looking for flexible, high-quality, cost-effective support in India, particularly when locational redundancy is important to a client.
