MICAT-2 Admission Test Registration to close on 5th Feb
MICA, Ahmedabad, India's premier institute for Strategic Marketing and Communication, will be closing registration for the MICAT admission test to its flagship course, the two-year PGDM-Communication (Equivalent of an MBA) on February 5th, 2018. All registered and eligible applicants will have to appear in MICA's MICAT-2 examination to be held in 49 cities across India on 17th February, 2018. The centres added on for MICAT-2 exam are Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Jabalpur, Surat, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, Udaipur, Varanasi and Jamshedpur, for the convenience of candidates from these cities.

MICA had earlier held the MICAT-1 examination in December 2017 and the MICAT-2 is another opportunity for applicants to get selected. Aspirants could sit in either or both of the examinations to get selected, with better performance being counted for the purpose of the Group Exercise/Personal Interview Merit List.
All candidates of MICAT are assessed on 6 sections: Psychometric (P), Verbal Ability (VA), Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QADI), General Awareness (GA), Divergent and Convergent Thinking (DCT), and Descriptive Test (DT).
To be eligible, a candidate is also required to have taken CAT/XAT or GMAT examination and 20% is the weightage in the final merit list irrespective of the score.
