Magic Software, a leader in the field of educational technology and digital solutions for learning, announced the appointment of Anuraj Soni as their Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic direction and further strengthen their delivery organisation.

In his last role, Anuraj served as Vice President at Headstrong, a Genpact company, where he built a robust and scalable international software delivery organisation. Anuraj was recognised as the leader for his knowledge and understanding in building Headstrong's leadership in Capital Markets domain.
Prior to joining Headstrong in 2004, Anuraj worked for Bank of America in New York as Vice President where he was responsible for delivering compliance IT solutions. As Vice President with Goldman Sachs in New York he was responsible for rolling out their Investment Management Suite. Anuraj holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from NIT Kurukshetra, a Masters in Distributed Computing from New York University, and a Masters in Psychology too.
