Every year, Dale Carnegie India invites a selected group of performance-focused companies to nominate their organization for the award. The Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award recognizes companies who have achieved significant success in business performance through people development. The jury for the award includes an esteemed panel from Dale Carnegie & Associates, New York and the judging criterion involves a thorough assessment of recent investments in coaching, training and organizational development linked to people performance. The factors taken into consideration include key goals and initiatives under the three broad categories of Organizational Structure, Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement.
