MKU has been active in the Indian market for long. It has recently completed supply of body armour and helmets to Rajasthan Police and has been awarded a contract for body armour by Gujarat Police. Its products are used by Marcos (Marine Commandos), SPG and NSG personnel besides many of the state police and para military forces in India. It is currently participating by invitation in RFPs worth more than Rs. 1200 crore for body armour released by the Indian MOD.
