Mr. Getamber Anand officially took over as the President of CREDAI National, at an executive member meet of CREDAI today.

Mr. Anand has been one of the most revered and sought after personalities in the real estate fraternity, his views on various industry platforms envisions not only the development, modernization and 'infrastructure status' for the sector, but also reinforces the adoption of ethical practices and transparent procedures amongst the fellow 11200 members across India.
Mr. Anand, a first generation entrepreneur, holds a Bachelor's degree in technology from Punjab Engineering College, is credited with scaling up of ATS Infrastructure Ltd. to one of the top 10 residential real estate companies in India in a span of 17 years, having nearly 33.5 million sq. ft. of residential space either already delivered or under development and a huge base of 20,000 satisfied residents. He is serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of ATS Infrastructure Ltd.
Mr. Anand had earlier served as the Vice President of CREDAI before being elected unopposed as President (elect) in April, 2013.
