MSys Technologies Announces Acquisition of Clogeny Technologies

MSys Technologies, a Georgia, US-based company that provides technology and product engineering services in storage, cloud computing, embedded systems, telecommunications, quality assurance, test automation, and technical support, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Clogeny Technologies, based in Pune, specializing in storage, big data, cloud computing, and DevOps. This acquisition will position MSys Technologies at the helm of the technology service industry in its niche domains.

Although Clogeny will become a financial subsidiary of MSys, it will continue to operate from Pune without any changes to its organizational structure. Both the companies will work closely to share expertise and combined value to their existing and future customers.

Details of the Acquisition

According to the terms of the acquisition, Clogeny Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will function as a fully-owned subsidiary of MSys Tech India Pvt. Ltd., and its US counterpart. Hence, in the future, new client engagements will be initiated under the name of MSys. Clogeny's CEO, Kalpak Shah, besides heading Clogeny, will be named the CTO of MSys Technologies, and Chirag Jog will be named VP of Cloud Business Unit.
