                                     Step 2: Bill Payment
       The customer can then make payment in part or full. There is no upper cap on the
               transaction amount. For example: IGL12313121545*1000*9820098200
              The customer gets an instant confirmation as follows: For example,
    Transaction ID: 50328998: Indraprastha Gas Bill Payment of BP Number 12313121545 for
                  Rs 10,721/- was Successful. Current balance is Rs 3600.00.
