Over 7000 Home Buyers Throng at CREDAI Realty Expo 2013 Venue at South Bangalore

For the very first time, CREDAI Bengaluru successfully organized a realty expo in the southern part of Bangalore on the 21^st and 22^nd of September 2013 at Kalyani Kala Mandir, Bannerghatta Road.

This event garnered more than 7000 prospective home buyers who visited the CREDAI Bengaluru Exhibition. 31 reputed developers showcased their different properties and projects which successfully attracted the prospective buyers at the event. The exhibition also had 9 bankers projecting their different schemes of housing loans attracting the visiting home buyers.

Mr. C.N. Govindaraju, President, CREDAI Bengaluru expressed his happiness over the success of this exhibition, to the one that was successfully held two months ago at Marathahalli. According to him, Bangalore has been growing at a very fast pace and there was a need to cater to the requirements of Bangaloreans, keeping all these factors in mind CREDAI has reciprocated quite successfully to the needs of prospective home buyers by organizing such Realty Expos. This event was successfully backed with the presence of 9 bankers who were present at the event to provide financial and other banking support to the prospective home buyers to buy their dream homes.

According to Mr. Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru, the CREDAI Team was optimistic on the Expo being conducted at South Bangalore and is expecting a similar trend at the upcoming Realty Expo to be held at Manpho Convention Centre, next to Manyata Tech. Park, Outer Ring Road, Hebbal on the 27^th, 28^th and 29^th of September 2013.  The inauguration will take place on Friday 27^th September 2013 at 4.00 p.m. and various projects from 42 reputed developers will be projected during this Expo. 9 bankers are also participating in this Expo.
