SC Johnson Reaches Agreement to Acquire Bangladesh Brands ACI Insecticides, Angelic Air Care and the Vanish Brand of Toilet Cleaners from ACI Limited

RACINE, Wisconsin, April 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SC Johnson has acquired the ACI Insecticides, Angelic Air Care and Vanish Toilet Cleaner brands from ACI Limited in Bangladesh. The deal strengthens SC Johnson's footprint in the growing Bangladesh market.
