SIRVA Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering
CHICAGO, March 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SIRVA, Inc. ("SIRVA" or the "Company"), a leading provider of global mobility services delivering integrated relocation and moving solutions for multi-national corporations, governments and consumers, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The Company intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The number of shares to be offered and the price range of the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
