Manufacturer Sovex Supplies Machinery to Praguna, the Pioneering Indian Skill Development and Experience Centre
ThinkLink Learning, India's sole provider of skills development for the supply chain, logistics and transport sector, had launched its Praguna initiative for operational skills in logistics in the month of April. The Praguna initiative is a bold step that aims to change the face of logistics skilling in India through focus on specialist roles that drive higher productivity, increased service levels and safety, better product quality, cost reduction and lower maintenance & lifecycle costs for equipment.

Sovex, the United Kingdom-based materials handling specialist, is throwing its weight behind Praguna initiative which has launched a training base this year, in Dharuhera, Haryana.

Industry partners from across the world have supported the Praguna initiative whole heartedly and now Sovex is also joining this team to support ThinkLink.

Sovex has supplied a compact version of its award-winning Bendy Boom conveyor. It has been installed permanently at the Praguna site and will provide a world-class product to support various forms of training.
The Bendy Boom is one of Sovex's flagship products offering extreme flexibility. Its front extending section can bend to -25 degrees offering height adjustment, with an extendable length of 12 metres, making it suitable for loading vans, lorries and containers up to 45 foot. It also retracts into its casing saving space and time.
The news comes after successful participation by ThinkLink and Sovex at the India Warehousing show from July 1st to July 3rd at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. More than 300 visitors from industry visited the ThinkLink booth and learnt about the automation solutions and vocational skills offerings.
