Sun Telematics Raises Pre Series A Funding From Angel Investors

Sun Telematics, one of the early entrants and leading players in the telematics space in India, today announced that the company has closed a Pre Series A round from Angel investors for an undisclosed amount.

Regarding the new products to be launched by Sun Telematics, 'DRIVE' caters to supply chain management in the transport sector allowing all operators to optimize, cross utilize supply and meet any external demands. 'NATIONAL PERMIT' (NP) works with the unorganized logistic sector. It provides mobile app and web-based solutions at the lowest cost for the logistic operators who are currently not able to optimize cost due to the absence of technology. Another great feature built in NP is a crowdsourcing platform which helps truck drivers connect and exchange information like good places for food and rest, filling gas and weighing scale shops.
