Sunstone Business School (www.sunstone.in) has announced that it has now created the first-of-its-kind revolution in management education by providing an option for working professionals to complete the program in three levels over a period of 12-18 months.

The PGPM program has now been broken down to three levels:
Level 1 - Foundations of Management: 4-6 months
Level 2 - Growth Strategies: 4-6 months
Level 3 - Shareholder Value: 4-6 months
This structure now allows flexibility to the mid-career professional to learn as they have time availability and apply that learning in their current roles to further their career.
While Level 1 focusses on learning and applying the basic business disciplines, Level 2 equips the professional for getting ready for a career of their choice around business delivery management, product management or sales and business development. Level 3 helps the professional build CXO level perspective and become a master strategist.
"Sunstone PGPM is an intense program and completing it with the job in a year has been a challenge for a lot of students.
