Williamson ("TDW"), a global leader in pipeline infrastructure technology and services, announced today a strategic investment from funds managed by Apollo (NYSE: APO) (the "Apollo Funds"). SCF Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in energy & infrastructure services investments that acquired TDW in June 2022, will continue to retain a majority ownership stake.
