Dr. Rahul Vilas Ghodke and Vishal Dilip Sanghi from Microland Limited secured the third spot with their paper titled "Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - Managing the new wave of IT Ecosystem". The awards were given away at a glittering ceremony at the Le Meridien, Bangalore.
ITSM 2013 received author intent submissions by professionals from numerous global companies across industries and sectors to compete for the awards at the conference. After detailed paper evaluation rounds by internal technical review committee, a subset of these submissions was shortlisted for presentation at the conference.
The jury members were quoted as saying, "The concepts presented were completely unique, original and well-articulated. The frameworks presented were unique and have a high relevance to business, and converges the elements of business and technology very well."
