Bart van Ark will introduce The Conference Board Leading Economic Index^® (LEI) for India. Joined with Coincident and Lagging indexes, the new Leading index will signal turning points in the economic cycles of India. Bart will discuss the components of the LEI and discuss the current economic situation in India and how it relates to the leading economies around the globe, The Conference Board also produces LEIs for Australia, Brazil, China, the Euro Area, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
