This is the third time the company has achieved this recognition. There were 40K+ employees from various organizations across 20+ industries who were surveyed on various aspects of work environment.
The study formed two basic criteria for selecting the best workplaces which is trust and culture. The former is assessed through an employee engagement survey and later is assessed through an audit of people practices by Great Place to Work Institute®.
