Transrail's 'Lighting Infrastructure' Business to Grow at a CAGR of 15-17% Over Next Three Years

Integrated Power Transmission and Distribution Company, Transrail Lighting Limited, is experiencing a growth trajectory in its Lighting Infrastructure business. The company expects its lighting infrastructure division's revenue to grow at a healthy 15-17% CAGR over the next three years.
Transrail's Marquee Projects
Transrail made foray into lighting infrastructure business in the year 2010 with setting up of a state-of-the-art lighting pole manufacturing and galvanizing facility at Silvassa, U.T. Since then, the company has designed, manufactured and installed over 2 Lakh poles and 6,000 high masts. In its first year of operations, the company successfully won and executed two marquee projects of high masts at Pallekele Cricket Stadium at Candy, Sri Lanka and Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium (Sahara Stadium) in Pune, India.
Since then, in a short span of its existence, Transrail's lighting infrastructure division has supplied numerous Poles including decorative poles & High Masts for highways, refineries, ports, power grid, amongst others. Some of the marquee projects include Gift City (Gujarat), Sahar Elevated Road at Mumbai International Airport, PGCIL, Adani Ports, BPCL, HPCL, etc. For Adani's ambitious realty projects - 'Shantigram' located between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, Transrail Lighting Limited has erected 66Kv Transmission line and Poles for their Cricket Stadium, Golf Course and Tennis Court. This project is an ideal showcase of Transrail Lighting Limited 's diverse capabilities in designing and execution.
Innovation led growth
With an innovation driven business strategy, Transrail has emerged as one of the leading players in Lighting Infrastructure business in India. It is the first company to create the largest gantry structure in India at a highway in Maharashtra measuring 110 meters. Transrail has also manufactured and type-tested structures for railways and Nagpur Metro. These structures are expected to set a new trend for all future Metro rail projects in India. Another innovation to Transrail's credit is 'Curved Poles' that it has installed on Sahar Elevated Road at Mumbai International Airport. Export opportunities
