Existing Office Moves to a New Location for Further Expansion
TÜV SÜD South Asia, a global testing and certification services firm, today inaugurated its second state-of-the-art environmental testing laboratory in Chennai. The first testing lab accredited by The National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) was set up in Okhla, New Delhi three years ago. The environmental laboratory takes off at a stage where there is an inevitable need for an efficient and reliable institutional arrangement and facilities for survey, identification, quantification and systems for monitoring environmental samples. The lab will aid to the needs of Indian companies and help them comply with legal norms concerning environmental regulations. To meet the current expansion requirements and foreseeing future growth needs, the existing office at Chennai covering services from management system certification, product service, industry service and academic Service team has also been shifted to a new location at Dr. VSI Estate, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, next to NIFT, Thiruvanmiyur.
