United Mobile Apps Pvt. Ltd. Announces Funding of One Million USD by Mumbai Angels

United Mobile Apps Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce that it completed its Series A round of funding, of one million USD led by Mumbai Angels, one of the premier Angel Networks in India.

United Mobile Apps (UMA) focuses on delivering key innovations for the next generation wireless networks, with immediate emphasis on 4G/LTE (Long Term Evolution Technology).  UMA has already integrated its solutions with some of the leading semiconductor vendors.

Mumbai Angels led this round of funding, joined by Blume Ventures, India Venture Partners (Mauritius) and Christopher Preinz and Associates (EU). The total amount of 1 Million USD is the largest investment by Mumbai Angels. UMA has also expanded their marketing/sales to Japan, and are working on some key partnerships in that region.
