The book stems from Vijay Eswaran's years of experience with ancient hindu concepts, leadership and management. As a child Vijay Eswaran learned the practice of inner silence that helped him achieve his goals of become a successful entrepreneur. Eswaran has published the book to help others prosper and has since then spread his knowledge in several management and business forums such as World Economic Forum and the Sixth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in India.
